1. Proof of income (if commission or overtime is earned, 6 last month's consecutive payslips)
2. 3 months NON-INTERNET (STAMPED ON EACH PAGE) personal banking statements (reflecting at least 3 salary deposits) for salaried earners.
3. Copy of S A Identity document 
4. Signed personal statement of Income & Expenditure
5. Signed personal statement of Assets and Liabilities
6. Lease agreements where other properties are owned and a rental is being received (If applicable)
7. Maintenance agreements only where maintenance is being received and this amount can be confirmed in your banking statements.  (If applicable)
8. Divorce Agreement
